We can supply private hire services from hotels and homes in the morning to help your guests, and even the bride and groom get to the church on time, as well as shuttling guests from the church to a reception, restaurant, club or even a boat trip. We can also offer an end of night shuttle service for tired guests, as they retire to their hotels and homes right through to the early hours of the morning.

FAQ

How will the driver know what time to get to the airport?
We always ask customers for their flight details in order to monitor all incoming flights for arrivals times in our office. Accordingly we dispatch the driver at the appropriate time so s/he arrives at about the same time as the customer’s flight lands. Live flight arrivals are available on the different flights’ website.

How long will the driver wait for me?
The driver will wait for you for up to 90 minutes after your flight has landed. S/He will always call the number you provide us with. After 90 minutes if s/he does not get hold of you, we will make enquiries about you and if we cannot find you or contact you, s/he will leave the airport.

How do I meet the driver at the airport?
The driver will be at the arrivals gate with a sign with your name on it. Please look out for him/her

What if I fail to meet my driver at the arrivals gate?
Sometimes weather or traffic problems can delay a driver, or it may be that the car parks are full and the driver is unable to find a spot to park. With all of our booking confirmations, you are given a telephone number; please do bring that number with you. It is the only way you have to contact us from the airport, if you have not access to the internet.

What if I still fail to make contact with my driver?
.If you are unable to find the driver, call our office number 020 8509 9999 and we will track him or her down for you.

How long will the journey take?
The length of time for the journey actually depends on numerous factors such as the time of the day and where you are going, for instance. During pick up time we would suggest that you allow up to 120 minutes from either Heathrow airport or Gatwick to London and half of that time if the journey is during off pick time. If you are coming from Stansted or Luton and going to London, pick time journey will take up to 90mins and half of that time during off pick time.

Do you just go to London, or I can book a journey from elsewhere too?
We mainly serve the London area. However if you need to go from London to any destination in the UK or Europe, we can make an arrangement to accommodate your request.

Your service price offer is cheap; does this mean that I have to share the care with others?
No, the price you pay is per car, for you and your party only.
